Wonderful work Shelley. Of course you always do beautiful work. Everything is so soft and she seems to enjoy the rain. It makes me feel good.
I tried to do rain on my last manip and I never cold get it to look right.

Definitely very impressive! The background is well chosen and the rain looks really pretty.
I would only darknen the model a bit and add some green in the shadows. Otherwise it's really good
