Description
A commission for the ever so patient Silver Wuff of chemists sporting 'Victoria's Secret' labcoatsI can honestly say this is the most complicated commission I have done to date, with the number of characters and all of the unique lab equipment. I know that the perspective of the tables is a bit wonky, but it was essentially my first shot at such a thing so I've learned a lot for the future.
Also, the structure on the blackboard is that of caffeine ^.^

I really love this, and I have to say, even if it wasn't intentional, I think the slight distortion in the perspective of the tables adds nicely to the entire feel of surrealism. I love your style, and your technique is stunning.

As much as I love labworks, in such conditions I wouldn't be able to focus on it!

Wow, this is a great drawing you've done here! All the multiple characters and the complexity of the background is really difficult, but you have managed to do all this so well! I have to ask what type of traditional media did you use? It's so smooth~ I also like a lot how you did the transparency of the lab coats, transparency is something I have been trying to improve but not much luck xD; If you are kind of enough to share that technique with me I would be so grateful~
Wonderful piece of art you have done ^-^

Sorry for such a ridiculously late response!
The media I used for this piece was a base of prisma markers and details using colored pencils and gouache paint. For the transparency I colored the bodies like I normally would, then used a thin layer of white gouache paint to imitate the thin layer of fabric I hope that makes sense, and helps a bit!

I am such a dork... that is caffeine if I am not mistaken on the blackboard. Win.

I could actually see a lab doing something like this for a fundraiser, lingerie and labcoats!

when you created this, did you go characters first or bg, or tables fires?
I love how it all looks unique. especially the discovered formula for coffee.
