Yep; looks like ol' Torky-baby finally got his come-uppance.
FYI Torque is a villain from the early-2000s Buzz Lightyear of Star Command cartoon; from what I can gather, he's a space biker who, after getting captured and experimented on by Zurg, gains the ability to clone himself at will. Also he has very bad manners.
Come on, Torque; picking up trash by the space highway doesn't have to be so bad. I find it helps to sing a song while working. I'll start: Pickin' up trash...
