That's three Lyuuban related submissions in a row! You guys getting sick of them yet?As I've already mentioned, there are four kinds of Lyuuban colonies; reef, forest, trench, and ice, with the trench colonies being the most aggressive and treacherous. Here we have examples of trench colony Lyuubans. As their names suggests, they inhabit Lyuuba's deep ocean trenches. Since food is scarce in those areas, they have been known to steal food from the territories of the other three colonies. (Which, of course, results in fights breaking out between the intruders from the trench colonies and the members of the other colonies who happen to catch them in their territory.)
Trench Lyuuban females are especially dangerous to land-dwelling visitors from other planets. Many is the time when a group of trench females lure unsuspecting land-dwellers, usually males, to them with siren-like singing and flirting, only to drag them under in an attempt to drown them once they get too close. To avoid such incidents, captains of Irken and Vortian mining crews on Lyuuba warn their crew members to "watch out for the trenchers".

so question... Which one is Pleck? Since his colors are different I'm guessing he's not a Trench Lyuuban.

No, he isn't. Especially since he also does not have slit-shaped pupils, or fins on his elbows. I'd say he's most likely a Reef Lyuuban, though it's also possible he could be a Forest Lyuuban.

Oh hey I meant to ask, What kind of houses/dwellings do they live in? I have a cuteΒ minicomic idea with Pleck and Laruun but I'd have to draw Pleck's house/livingroom

Lyuubans reside in houses they build out of rock, coral or kelp; apartment-like dwellings carved into underwater rock masses or into the walls of ocean trenches; or in underwater caverns. Sort of like Maraqua or Kiko Lake (if you're familiar with Neopets).Β

The males would ignore you unless you provoked them or had food with you; if you have food with you, they'll try to steal it from you. However, it's the females you really have to watch out for; they'll lure you to them with seductive singing and flirting, then they'll try to drown you once they have you in their clutches.
