Description
Sometimes I get into a rut, which shows when I haven't submitted art in a while. Anywho, after seeing =romeo-casually 's take on Vicki Wollstonecraft , which is awesome, by the way, I remembered this older drawing of character sketches I had been playing around with for Salad Days. So instead of just letting it collect dust, I figured I'd share it with you guys. Oh, and just to clarify, the names that are underlined are ones I was kicking around, whereas the ones in all capitals are what kind of creature they are.

*green tinted skin, green eyes, green-blond hair, and greenish pointy teeth

*pointed ears, point horizontally (look webbed)
*very conscious about her teeth, so doesn't like to smile or talk w/ a very open mouth

*rounded face & body, like an apple
*curly red hair
*thick eyebrows
*loves apples
*a country boy, grew up helping tend a family apple orchard
*think "hobbit" as far as how he looks
*likes to give apples to the teachers, which gives him the unintentional reputation of being a brown-noser when he really isn't
*gets some teasing for his freckles
*Ruthie & Roger get along since they're both friendly, generally happy people who share a common interest in the color red

*long, toe-head blond hair that constantly covers his eyes, so it's hard to tell when he's awake or asleep, which is always a 50/50 chance since he dozes off
*pair of magic umbrellas for good dreams & no dreams
*white cap w/ silver-colored crescent moon at point
*clothes are soft, pastel colors
*bag of sleeping dust
*longer face w/ pointed chin
