Skulls.Watercolors.
i tried something different
played around with colours behind the colours.

Okay, I may succeed sooner than never, but it would take a while. I'm pretty bad at painting of any kind. And even colouring with pencils, really.
....or it just never turns out the way I want it to. I'm such a perfectionist.

But I'm not the type of artist that would just go out and bring a masterpiece back.
I first (gradually) get inspired, then gather my ideas, imagine the final piece while adding new details to the original idea, and lastly begin the long proces of creating.
That's the reason my gallery is currently all cleaned up, - as it has been for quite a while now

-I'm quite bad at colour pencils too, I only do(mostly) watercolour and regular pencils C: it just seems easier to work with!

The fact that the colour is too pale irritates me. I wonder if there are pencils soft enough to make the colours more vivid....
I mostly did pencil portraits, but I no longer do that often. I'm also an impatient person 
I am now experimenting with manipulations.
Oh, you might have to wait for a while. I'm planning on finishing a dozen pieces before publishing anything. I'd love to see them published one by one - as songs from a new album, and I'm woring on the whole thing.

well! i often have that problem where i think the colours get to pale, that's why i have made it to a habit to colour the background first, cause then you'll make the colours on the actual piece darker.
if the background is white the actual piece gets to pale
if the background is black then the colours gets to dark
and therefor is grey(or just, you know, colours) perfect for getting the right tone and colours on your piece

That, you see, is my ever - made mistake. I can't resist the details, - I always paint them first
Though, I somehow manage to limit myself in everything I do. I haven't thought of the backgrounds that way.
But maybe I've chosen the wrong words. I want the colours to be more vivid. I prefer, for example, bright turquoise over sky blue. And I can't get such a colour with coloured pencils.
Now that I think of it, I actualy want to try using eyeliners over pencils. I'm anxious to see some of my milion ideas realised using that technique
