Description
I made adopts based on the planets of the Solar System (excluding Earth)! This time I also added some text, explaining my design choices.

Price for each is $85
(PLEASE NOTE THE SLIGHT PRICE CHANGE COMPARED TO BEFORE!)

Once you buy I'll send you a transparent png file. You can change their parents, gender and pretty much anything you want once you bought them. You can resell them for any price too.
Each character has a theme but you don't have to keep it if you don't want to!

1. Cosmos x Grogar -  TAKEN
Planet: Uranus
Renewal and unpredictability; cosmic horror and fear of death; the continuity of the life cycle; the serene embrace of nothingness; gentle condescension and benevolence.
Design choices: Uranus is the personification/god of sky and the father of many monsters in the ancient greek mythology, so I wanted to make this design connected to something as powerful and terrifying, something as huge as the sky and the space. So I went for the themes of cosmic horror. She has tentacles, demonic goat parts, huge tiger paws to show how big and scary she is, yet their calming smile indicates about their tranquil and friendly nature.

2. Tempest x Sunburst - TAKEN
Planet: Mars
Explosive personality and eccentricity; the strongest ambitions that can turn into harm; pushing others away due to obsession with his ideas; bitterness of regret; undimmed determination.
Design choices: Mars is associated with a God of War and its famously a red planet, so I mirrored it in the design. But I didn't want to make him just a warrior, so I made him a warrior mage! Mars has two polar ice caps, so I thought it would be clever to give him ice-looking crystals growing out of his body as a sort of curse.

3. Rainbow Dash x Octavia - TAKEN
Planet: Mercury
A sharp mind and an equally sharp tongue; sonorous violin melodies, backed up by a harsh word; unquenchable arrogance and spite; high intelligence and natural talent; an ability to get into trouble in any situation.
Design choices: Mercury is a small planet, so I made him smaller than the others. It's grey but in some pictures it seems as if it's sparkling, so I interpreted by making him grey, but adding a rainbow gradient on his wings. In astrology Mercury is connected to intelligence, hence why he is a sly bard.

4. Cadence x Fleur x Sombra -  TAKEN
Planet: Venus
The desire to be better than others in everything; unattainable and cruel beauty; the tragedy of ideality; the cruel fate of a prima ballerina; elegant flutter of wings and weightless pirouettes.
Design choices: Venus is purple and filled with toxic clouds, that's why I wanted to make her palette purple/pink+white. I wanted them to have that "aerial/cloudy" feel, so I made white the main color, plus sprinkled in some blue. Venus is the Roman goddess of beauty, so I wanted to give her themes of arrogant beauty.

5. Luna x Sunset Shimmer - TAKEN
Planet: Saturn
Mysterious tendrils of magical smoke that allow you to look into the past; a mystery that beckons to you; tangled threads of investigation leading to one point; bitterness of regret for what has already passed.
Design choices: Saturn is famous for its rings. I translated this detail through the magic smoke rings coming out of the char's pipe. I translated Saturn's yellow through the splashes of gold on their fur. Since Saturn is a God of time in Roman mythology, thematically I connected them to that and gave them a hourglass necklace and cutie mark.

6. Celestia x Discord - TAKEN
Planet: Jupiter
Pride and arrogance; permissiveness and power; gold and silk; furs and precious stones; tart wines and sweet grapes; the smell of incense wafting through the halls of the castle; soft pillows scattered on the floor of the tent.
Design choices: Jupiter or Zeus is the God of sky and thunder. I colored him golden to give an association with both lightning and "godly" colors. He has parts of bull, golden eagle and lion because all of these animals are either associated with Zeus or indicate something royal.

7. Chrysalis x Novo - TAKEN
Planet: Neptune
Danger lurking in the depths; neon glitter looming in the abyss; the beauty of the terrifying; loyalty and belonging; sharp fins and shiny scales.
Design choices: Neptune is the Roman Sea God. The design is inspired by the kelpie myth since it's a water beast. I also gave him an anglerfish's flashlight and some eel's traits to make him look even more scary/dangerous.
