Tim: So, this is the part where you learn little stuff about me? Cool. The kinds of things that make me laugh are the weird, unexpected things... and a little dirty humor I met my dad's mom for the first time after my parents' wedding. (Apparently, she was hibernating this whole time, which is something Vampires can do.) I felt bad for laughing, but my grandmother had some words for my dad, which was funny, because people only say good stuff about my dad. Also, my brother and I have this weird laugh that other people think is funny, so I never thought it was a bad laugh Turns out, we inherited our laugh from her. What made me laugh even harder was after she found out we got her laugh, she was like: "James! Check your sperm before you make any more babies!"

My favorite food is a dish from Nichibotsu* that my grandfather cooks; gyutandon It's thin slices of grilled or fried cow tongue over rice. My dad knows how to make it, but even he agrees that Ojichan makes it better

A quirk?... Okay, I don't know if this counts, but... There's this thing that's common among Vampires and Fae called "arithmomania." It's a type of OCD where we just feel like we NEED to count stuff. It's why legends say if you want to distract a Vampire or Fae, just throw some seeds on the ground and they'll stop to count them. My biological mom had it, so me and my brother have it. In my case, I like to count floorboards, tatami mats, tiles... I don't do it all the time though. Like, I don't know how many tiles are in the principal's office, because I don't go in there much. But when we moved into our house, I wanted to count all the tiles and boards, and measure the walls if the floor had carpet and the ceiling was just plain. It helps me feel like I can relax. Like, I KNOW the room I'm in. I know it's weird, but, it's what I do. I'm not hurting anybody.

My role in a group? Um... I don't mind taking charge if no one has any idea what to do, but my usual role is "cheerleader."   I'm looking on the bright side, I encourage people, try to make sure everyone is doing what they need to do. My mom worries that I try TOO HARD to be positive and she reminds me that I'm allowed to talk about negative stuff. I'm allowed to complain. I'm allowed to be angry, even. Other than my brother refusing to talk to me, I'm fine  I got a mom, a dad and a weird little sister who is actually pretty cool sometimes.

*Nichibotsu is my equivalent of Japan. Tim's grandparents immigrated from Nichibotsu.
