Meet Sally Charon, Pokémancer. She's a member of the superhero trio "Charmy's Angels", who travel the world and fight for great justice. Her power is a special kind of magic based on the bond between Pokémon and Trainers. This allows her to use the abilities of her Pokémon in battle, and in most cases, transform into them.This is the first page of Sally's TF into a Charizard. It was drawn in pencil and meticulously traced and colored in GIMP.
