Shaded Mini cheeb couple commission for BantamWolfLong time no drawing, eh?
I've not been feeling very artsy lately, and school is about to start, so I've had to think alot about what I'm gonna do with my life and stuff, which mainly caused multible panicattacks, so I've been a wreck
Thinking about school really put me off, so drawing have been put on the shelf for a little while, and it might stay there until school get sorted out and such. It's difficult when you have no dreams, you know? Making us chose this early what we want to do for the rest of our life is just plain stupid
Enough of that already
I found some artsy-mood today and finished this adorable couple
I had alot of fun drawing them, they are so cute, and even if I struggled with making the poses somewhat more intresting, I actually like how it turned out overall c:

I'm sorry to hear about school stressing you out and the panic attacks
I know how that feels... I've been struggling with the possibility of not being able to go back to college.. Thought it was figured out but nope

Yeah, I'm not sure if I'll be able to go back to school either. I have no idea what I want to do with my life nor do I have any dreams.
I'm pretty much just wasting my youth.. But prehaps I'll be able to study maybe 1 subject in the school I am in atm, but that place make me so depressed and I have no friends and my class think I'm a freak and I do not really like them .-.'
But I suppose things will work out, if not then I'll just tackle it with my brightest smile and make the best out of it

I was not sure what I was going to do for the longest time. I've now settled on a degree in Environmental Sciences and hopefully I'll get a job someday involving resource management or population control of plants and animals
I've changed my major three times and I've transferred schools twice.
It's very difficult. Especially when the school you have to stay at for the next few years is making depression and anxiety ten times worse
I hope you are able to find something you enjoy doing
And I do think things work out eventually
Even if it seems like they never will

To be honest I can sympathize how you are feeling, I've been a situation similar to yours. I do agree with you that "society" and the school system put too much pressure on kids to decide their future so early on. Hell, I'm 30 (sad to admit) and I am still figuring out what I want to do exactly, sure I've got an idea/a dream but fulfilling it?! It's hard to see the path to those goals when I've got things like being a responsible adult to think about. Even that part I'm struggling with

I used to have dreams of what I wanted to be when I grow up, but they soon turned out to be too unrealistic and I kinda gave up, so I have no idea what I want to do with my life atm ^^'
I'm hoping to maybe figure it out as time pass by, but I hate just sitting around wasting my youth .-.

When I had first started college (long ago and far away) I knew exactly what I wanted to do/be, had it all planned out too. I wanted to get into the J.E.T. program and go to Japan for 2-4 years and help teach English. But my life got turned upside down and those plans went to you know where in a hand basket! So I had to find another goal to reach for. Live and learn, right?

I went to a school kinda far away, although I got so badly burnt out I've still not really recovered, and now I'm scared to go back to a normal school .-.
