I'M REALLY PROUD OF THAT STUPID NAIL

As I've been quite inactive lately, I feel like I should summarize these past weeks:

School is going well but I am absolutely exhausted when I get home and don't really have the energy to work on things I am supposed to.
I'm quite stressed out about it but I know from experience that stressing while not being well will only result in me self destructing, and we don't want that
Don't worry, I am taking care of my health as best I can!

Eventhough I'm really bad at uploading things to my dA and Instagram, I have been doodling alot and done studies / practicing! ;u;
I'm currently super inspired and motivated to get better at my human art, so that's mainly what I've been drawing. It's nowhere near where I want to be, but I can tell I am more confident and skilled with each doodle or sketch I make, so I'm feeling optimistic about it! Everyone have to start somewhere ;o;
I always shy away from learning something very different from what I'm used to, because I hate having to go back to level 1, after being on level 50 for a very long time, but just like videogames (because I am a videogame nerd) it's fun to take a break from your current save file and start fresh, reliving the story and reconnecting with all the characters you love ;w;

It's been difficult to be active on social media, not only because of school, but because I've been really low lately aswell. I think it's because it's getting darker here, and eventhough I find it very cozy, it still gets to me. I'm currently obsessing over My Hero Academia, as it's something that I'm still looking forward to and find great joy in, so please feel free to fangirl with me I'm hopelessly crushing over like 75% of the entire cast, but no one needs to know that lmao.
I mean, have you SEEN the Lego guy? *RIP.*

Have I told you I love Dabi?
I love Dabi.
I adore his design, I'm intrigued by how little we know about him and how much room there is to speculate about his story, I'm weak for scars and relate alot to characters that have alot of them, any kind, as I have alot of them myself. I'm also really attached to his lil nose piercings, that I didn't know where actually piercings until quite recently. When I first saw him in the manga I thought they might be similar to the lil bumbs I myself have on my nose, (that I used to be SUPER INSECURE about) and projecting my belief that it sort of got represented in a fictional world made me feel special. It's silly, I know, especially as they are not at all what I thought they were, but still that little feeling made me very happy and I'm glad I mistook them for something I could relate to, as I love the character even more now c:
I could probably write an essay on my love for Dabi, but let's not It's late and I'm tired.

I'm surprised I was actually able to draw this?
Like I looked at myself drawing it but I'm like ?
I can somewhat notice my own style in there and it's making me really happy ;u; I'm working really hard on improving things like anatomy and perspective!
I still used a whole lot of references when drawing this and other doodles, but I can tell that I don't need to rely as heavily on them anymore, and that feels amazing ;0;
I feel more confident, but still kind of insecure about my human art, so I don't post as many doodles and finished pieces as I'd like to. I feel a bit stupid for asking, but please let me know if you enjoy seeing my human art and would like to see more, even if it's not very perfect ;o; It would mean alot to me
I was going to sketch this up digitally and finish traditionally, but tbh I love this sketch so much I might do both. I may or may not really love hot guys and gals in bomber jackets >w>
