Description
Because I wanted to finally draw all the Weasley siblings together.
I decided to draw a scene from before the books, because that would be the most likely time to see all of the Weasleys together and alone (as in, without Harry, Hermione, etc.). Plus I find it easier to draw them younger.
This is June/July (which month does Hogwarts get off school for the summer?) 1989. Bill has just finished his last year at Hogwarts, Charlie his 6th, Percy his 2nd, and Fred and George will be starting their first in the fall.
Now, I'm pretty sure that they don't have a graduation ceremony at Hogwarts (since during 4th book it had been a long time since Molly and Bill had been at Hogwarts, and I'm sure Molly would never miss one for any of her kids; and also, just because JKR never mentioned one in any of the books). But I'm sure Arthur would get a kick out of forcing Bill into a muggle graduation gown ("They're almost like robes!") and hat dirctly after bringing them home from King's Cross and taking a nice family photo.
The ages in the picture (although I know they aren't portrayed very acurately) are:
Bill - 18
Charlie - 16
Percy - 12
Fred & George - 11
Ron - 9
Ginny - 7
I know the colouring looks pretty awful, but my scanner sucks, so it's not entirely my fault.
Weasleys are not mine, however depressing the thought is. (c) J.K. Rowling.

In England we don't graduate at the end of secondary school (high school), we just do our exams and go to uni, so no, Hogwarts wouldn't have a graduation ceremony :') Cute picture though

Cute! And you actually got all of the eye colors right! I think that they say something about their personalities~ I mean, Ginny, Fred, and George are much more mischeveous... says something about Molly too, I guess

I've always thought Molly would've been pretty mischevious when she was young (maybe the reason she is so strict with Fred and George).
I'm not sure I got all the eye colours right, as they're the only ones whose eyes aren't confirmed... But I didn't think Ginny would be the only brown-eyed kid in the family.

Yeah, I didn't see all of them in the books, but one day I checked all of their wikipedia pages, and it said that Bill, Charlie, Percy, and Ron have blue eyes while Fred, George, and Ginny have brown eyes. I don't know if it's right, but wiki is usually is with fiction. They might have got a source from Rowling herself or something like that

Honestly, I have never thought of this before! Although it is would be true that Arthur would do that, being obsessed with the Muggle world.
I didn't give any though about Bill's age either. But, doing my calcuations, At the end of the books (Deathly Hallows) Bill would be 26, Charlie 24, Fred and George 19, Ron obviously close to 18 and Ginny 16! Wow.
People have thought of the future and the past, way back twenty years, but not right before Voldemort came back again. Your art is great, and the coloring awesome, not many people can color well (I myself can't color to save my life)

Hmmm, I got Bill 27, Charlie 25, F&G 20,Ron as 18 and Ginny as 16... I could be wrong though, I'm terrible with ages.

Yes, you are definitely. Because Fred and George dropped out when they were eighteen, and that was Harry's fifth year. Oh, well, I'm just a year behind in my calculations. Maybe it's not you that's terrible with ages, it's me!
