Really? It makes your art more unique in my opinion! It shows you can do both and make them look good together even! Plus you're making a lot of backgrounds - which I want to do more as well - I tend to leave them out too much. I have the same with drawing noses and mouths - I find them really difficult so in some cases I've even used a mask so I could focus on more fun stuff. I've recently decided that I don't want to avoid the difficulties in art, but rather explore them!
So be proud and continue what you like to do! Art is supposed to be fun and relaxing, it shouldn't become something 'you think you should do'. It's YOUR work. Because sharing your work opens up critiques from others means that it's easier to follow other people's opinion. Try to stick with your own and if you like you can always integrate the advice from others
