Name:Luna the heart dragon

Description:Resembles a big red dragon plushie with a heart on its tail, a heart on its belly and pink claws on its plushie feet and hands.
Personality:She is very motherly and has an affinity for babish things. She tends to love smothering her victims with love. She is overbearing in that regard.
Powers:

Diaper plushie suit:she forces the target into a plushie diapered sleeper that will case the victim to act like a baby over time. Eventually the victim will want to dress up and play more with their siblings who luna manages to capture and put in a plushie sleeper. Over time the victim will fuse with the plushie sleeper and become a plushie like luna.

Heart rattle:she can shake her tail and cause a rattling with the heart at the end of it and cause her victims to be hypnotized over time. The more they listen to the rattle the more they become hypnotized.
Heart Sticker:she can place a sticker on the cheek of a victim and this will form a link between her and the victim. The victim will corrupt over time and become loyal to luna. While a victim is wearing a sticker she can borrow the powers of a victim to protect her babies from harm.
Heart tattoo:she can place a heart tattoo that links the target and luna. Over time the victim will turn into a plushie red dragon like luna.
Dragon song:She sings in a old dragon tongue that causes victims to become docile and more suggestive to luna’s smothering.

Dragon Shrine:a place where she goes to keep her powers a secret and to keep her most fav daughters.

Strategy:She isn’t malicious by nature and will mainly go after those who are alone in the while and baby them and make her daughters. She will pretty much do this to anyone she comes across. Usually when she first encounters someone she could invite them to her dojo or use her hypo rattle tail to start the corruption process.
Weakness:if One where to pull on the heart on her tail she will fall apart into a pile of cotton and plush.
