Description
I intended to draw a girl with teddy bear with only one button eye. Then I could have titled it "One-eyed Teddy Bear" instead of Translucent Wing... *cough* Yes I do realize neither title is very good, but I liked the teddy bear one better
. This is one of those characters which I use once and think I'll never use again, but I wind up doing so anyhow because I can't think in variety *sob*

Ahh, why no teddy bear then? Awwwwww. Hmm. Those are pretty translucent wings though. *nod nod* In a pretty sky! With tiny clouds. The blond definitely works. Her right-sided bangs look kind of rough at the tips, but the rest is all good. Interesting outfit. Ruffles.

Each time I'm dying to know how the hell you get those resoults... Is it pencil tool only with low opacity?

Omgosh noo, I'm not using pencil tool x__x;; that would be PAINFUL!
I'm using a version of shi-painter (not sure which one exactly) that was made by shi-cyan, and it has lots of stuff like a pen tool, air brush, watercolor, um... and textures too
