Finally, I did it! That was haaard. But I even can't explain why. Her hair (that was my main fear before I started) I made quite fast, but everything else was a nightmare, not because of its forms, it just like every part of Blender was against me. Even things that I thought I learned well behaved like something new. Somehow checkmarks that were always turned on became turned off and so on. Another problem was her face, I wanted to make it look more similar to her and the first variant was made from several spheres (like when I made Lisa), but then I've decided to try to make it from the circle and using Extrude and Scale made a shape of her face in profile from Marge picture. I liked that method so I used it on her body and dress too. Then I used Smooth in Sculpting to remove sharp edges, and voila!
