No, I paused the movie in VLC at the scene I wanted and copied it in photoshop. That's why some of the proportions are off.

Tracing is not allowed on deviantART if you don't have the original artist's permission. I highly doubt you have permission from disney to trace their work. Please remove!

Its already been strongly established that it hasn't been traced. (Which is obvious just by looking at it anyways)
But yes your right without out right stating it was from Disney's Frozen I would never have guessed that this "Frozen" pic was from that obscure Disney movie that nobody would recognize and hundreds of other people are drawing.

First of all, he did credit the original in the description.
Secondly, maybe he did ask Disney for the rights.
Third, why not get a life and stop trolling people who are clearly more talented than you, and work on improving your own skills, "love".

1. He originally did not credit.
2. He should clearly state that he did so he doesn't get a lawsuit. (but since its not a trace it doesn't matter)

I'm not trolling people. I am bringing to light the actual rules of this website. If you ever cared to actually pay attention, tracing (without permission and credit), screenshots of copyrighted material (edited or otherwise), and re-posting of art are not allowed on deviantART and are violations of the Copyright Act of 1996 and also are Copyright Infringement. I'm not trying to hate on someone, I'm trying to make sure that deviantART doesn't become a photobucket, tumblr, or pintrest.
Now, of course you are probably some sleeper account that is only in use to make put pressure on people like me who are trying to make deviantART better. I hope you reconsider your actions; deviantART is not some place to post pictures; its for art.
