Description
I wasn't originally intending to create an elaborate reference sheet for her, however when I went to draw her, I can imagine you can see it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be to translate these specific details into an action image. So instead I settled for a more stationary one, to better show the details. Don't worry though, that initial image I was making will be posted I the near future! (probably). Regardless, I hope you like it!
But anyways, here's Iridescence! The undersea Oracle for the kingdom of Marinara. She's considered a true neutral, lending her prophetic powers to any and all, regardless of morality or beliefs. Though her name is well known and revered, she prefers to stay isolated within her cavern. Making it so only those truly intent on hearing her prophecies come to her.

Heh. Didn’t see the new status with her headshot. Iridescence totally makes sense, although it’s very, very tangentially related to the word oracle.
As an aside, one of my favorite songs is called “Iridescent Turbulence” by Lily Stilson, so there’s that.

If you think of it in the sense of elementary science experiments with light and colour, it has a little more ties. With prisms and crystals having close associations with more mystical things. Though maybe that's just how my brain processed it

Yeah, most if not all my characters weren't named for the sheer sound of their name. They all have their own reasons ^^

Iridescent is a synonym for colour, it also has a more mystical sound to it. As well as the white fur base and rainbows tying into prisms and crystals, which also have mystical ties. Clues were there, but very vague. Then again, maybe that's just how my brain tied all the ends together
