He's back for another year and getting up to no good! He's no longer as innocent as appeared in years past and he's ready for a good fight.

I was thinking about how I could have fun with poses, and since it's underwater I wanted to capitalize on the infinite ways water allows one to position themselves. Once decided on his looping upside-down stance, it looked to me to be more menacing and thought "why not have him go after a gnosis".
It's a fight we were robbed of in Genshin (probably better for Childe’s survival, let's be honest) so I wanted to give him his chance. Will he succeed in stealing the god's heart?

Also, I'm going back and for on what Archons would be in this little mermaid AU. Is he still a god, or is he just a powerful sea serpent. And if the latter, would the gnosis be more of a lifeline that He's trying to steal.

All will be decided in years to come
Who knows, maybe we'll get a Harbinger cameo next year...

And I thought it would be a cute detail where Tonia painted his nails, and he went with it. It's me, I'm Tonia, he's claws were too blandthey needed colour XD

Also, I just want to point out Childe’s grabbing hand. I'm so proud of that XD
