WARNING: LARGE FILE.I know it's a bit sloppy, but I'm hoping it helps C: Download for a better view.
"Once you download it, the .zip file should appear in your Download folder. You need to open the zip, select all of them, right click them, and copy them. In your files, go to 'Computer > Local Disk > Feral Heart > My Presets > Preset 3' and paste them into the Preset 3 folder. Start up Feral Heart and DO NOT LOG IN. Click the 'Tools' button and click on'Preset Maker'. On the tab to the right of the animal, there should be an area where you can choose colors, and underneath that should be a little box with 'Preset 1, Preset 2, Preset 3, etc.'. Click on Preset 3. Underneath the box, click 'Export'. It should say 'Exported preset as presets/{your username}_ 3.fhp. Now, press esc on your keyboard and it should take you back to the log in screen. Log in and click the 'Create' button in the bottom right corner. Go to the 'V' tab on the far right where you can choose the colors of your animal. Click the 'Use Preset' button at the bottom near the 'OK' button. Now your preset should show on the animal and you can customize the animal's shape however you want."

Somone made me two presets
And make them preset_1 and preset_2
now the second preset they made shows up just fine and good..but the first one..when I'm in preset maker.. is still black and yellow?

I did this but for some reason, the wings that worked fine on the test Preset were just plain white when exported. Is there a way to fix this?

When I click my username_preset it shows a different preset the original one in preset 2
I already exported all the presets a long time ago i think thats why is there anyway I can make it work, when I exported the preset it worked fine, it just doesn't show up on the character creation :C

I've been having a slight problem with mine...
I use Sketchbook Pro (2011 version, probably doesn't matter but just putting it out there) And when I was finished with one part of a preset I was working on, I started up FH to make sure it looked correct. It did, so I went back and worked on the head, and when I was done, I did the same thing as before, but when I clicked on the preset file it was saved in, Feral Heart crashed! I restarted and tried again, but it crashed again and again. What do I do, I don't want to scrap the preset I worked on? Please reply whenever and if you can. ;-;

Ok so I followed each of the steps and when I export the preset to my account and create it, the animal is just all white. And if I click ok on the Preset Maker when I upload it, it takes to me to Feral Heart but now it's just a squared area.Β

preset' file that is. I have a Mac computer, I hope that doesn't change anything, and also another person made the preset for me.
Do you know what I should do, its not showing up to the people I give the link to, they are placing it into the right folder but it doesn't work.

I clicked export, then went to create a character, then my Preset 4 thing didn't show up, and i had 2 Preset 2's one was the one FH made for all, then the one i downloaded, i clicked export for that one, it worked, but then it didn't show either, it just showed yellow and black, and the downloaded one wasn't yellow and black, neither the one FH made. Plz hwlp

i made a preset and did everything this thing said but when i log in and try to use the preset, at the fith tab when i click use presets the list is empty, please help.

please help. i have done everything right i can play in the game with present, but other pleople don't see it....what to do ??

If you want other people to see your preset, you have to give them the exported preset file (.fhp). To do that, you send them the file in your "presets" folder that corresponds with the preset you want to send. For example, if your username is "wolfie123" and you used the third preset folder to export your preset, the file should read "wolfie123_3.fhp." You give that to your friends, they put it in their preset folder, and presto, they can see it.

FeralHeart4144- You are so right! I have FH on a mac, nothing works.. I can get presents by clicking a present then clicking 'Upload' but you have to dowload the present first :b... so Making your own present on a mac is hard, I haven't even made a mac because of this.

I tried if with Mac and it didn't work. in fact all the methods iv'e tried for mack have not worked! it just shows up yellow and back.

I have an issue.
I'm trying to use a Smile.jpg preset.
I've downloaded the preset and copied/pasted all the files into preset 3.
But when I go to export it, when I click on preset 3, it shows up all white.
I've copied/pasted the same preset into all of the preset folders to see if it was a canine/feline issue, but none of them are showing up.
Any ideas?

So I got this one preset that has three realistic tigers to choose from. I created the material file, renamed everything, etc. It shows up in game, but there is a big splotch of black on its nose, the neck is partly white and so is one of its ears, the insides of its legs are white, its behind is white, and the tip of its tail is white. This is the first preset I have made material folders for. Could you help me? I am so frustrated because it looks soooooooo weird. x.x
