Interesting way of portraying the concept here, I have to say.
I like how the colours complement and contrast with each other here... the hair and background work together effectively, and you've still made it stand out, which is quite cool.
The composition is great and I like how you've caught it in its transition with the "LOADING" and all...
It's a bit funny (in a bitter way) how the person is smiling. o.O
I don't really have any suggestions on how to improve... maybe you could have integrated the hurt further into the body there... perhaps left a space around the heart itself, but eh.
The emoticon there could be the true face... the blue one peeking over, I mean. I nearly didn't see it because it's so small, but it adds further depth to things I feel.
