I was basically looking at pictures, trying to think what I should make next, when I found a picture that inspired me. Then I had the idea to draw a very insane person. And Vaati was the first one to come to my mind weirdly enough but somehow it fits. Also, I hadn't drawn Vaati in ages. So here you go
