I'm planning to use this for a crossover between Digimon Reboot and Pokemon Reboot, two ideas more than anything else. When I say ideas, I mean like Pokemon Reboot has Ash with new parts in his journeys, example being his 20th movie companions in Kanto, and Digimon Reboot has stuff like this as crossover material.

It took a long time. I used the original image of Devimon as a reference, and more or less recreated the image on top of it (almost like using tracing paper on the computer), and recolored it. I did the same for the Fearow parts. I did the same with the arms and legs, using different images of birds for reference.

The bird legs (and legs acting as arms) really look cool.
