- Some of my favorite characters: Hermione (from Harry Potter), Mio (from K-on!) and Rapunzel (from Tangled)- I have been practicing chibis
I love cute chibis but it's difficult to draw them 
I hope you like these though. I was thinking about opening cheap chibi commissions...- Who should I draw next?
I have been sketching Tohru/Tooru from Fruits Basket and Misa from Death Note...- Material used: Color pencils, fineliners, markers, white gel pen, GIMP. July 2013.

Well, adoptables are characters you design and then you can sell them to other people. The buyer can give them names, ages and stories, so they are similar to original characters.
I have drawn some adoptables too ^^
There a lots of groups for adoptables on deviantart, for example this one:

Do you mean points?
There are different ways to earn them. You can sell adoptables or commissions, join contests which have points as prizes, or just ask points by installing the donation widget on your page (you can find it when you edit your page).
You can also click your or anyone other's llama badge and see if someone is offering points for llamas.
I like this page: You can easily earn points by faving, watching and giving llamas.
You can also try this group: They grant people's wishes, and they also give points if you wish them.
And remember, 80 points = 1 USD
