Description
- I finished this today. She is some kind of magical girl who is turning "bad", into a witch girl or something. I think the girl came out ok, but some parts of the background didn't. I don't like some those stars...
- Color pencils, fineliners, white gel pen, pro marker for skin. May 2012.

I like the way you work with duality and how the small details (like the skull and the star) are sharpening the smooth edge between the two halfs of the girl. Its a very nice idea and a good implementation.
A couple of things though distract in this picture. The black and red of the bad half are a good contrast, but the pink and blue are making the picture a bit to bright and flashy. And they don't really form a good contrast with the red, since pink is very close to it. Maybe trying a less bright panel Β for the good side could enhance the duality more. Working with white (as opposed to black) might also help.Β
But still very nice work.

Great design, and I like the idea- how her transformation is mid way and "good" colours (cute) are contrasted with "bad" colours (intense).
