So Rainbow had children with Quibble Pants, Flim and Soarin, who she got married, in that order.

Well, she got with Quibble after a Daring Do convention..
Had a child with him, but he moved on to another mare.
Then Rainbow got with Flim to have Nectar. They married but it didn't work too well, they're still close though.

Yes, she does, along with her father and uncle.
Rainbow is close with all her children, par from Tabloid. He cut off connections with both parents.
Though she struggles to contact Nectar at times. So they're not as close compared to Frosted Reflection and Prismatic Flare

And did Rainbow Dash feel abondoned by Quibble when he left her for another mare?

Tabloid did that because he hated his father for cheating on his mother, and hated how soon Rainbow moved on.. So he focused on his work and knows quite a bit about everypony because of his dedication.
Rainbow did feel abandoned, so she drowned her sorrows in apple cider, where she then met Flim again. Quibble never batted an eye.

He slept with Daring Do after they were introduced by Rainbow, he convinced her that he was her biggest fan (and would stay with her forever if she would let him).. So Rainbow found out the morning after.. Nothing came of the relationship though, it was mostly for bragging rights on Quibble's behalf.
Soarin is honestly.. He loves all of Rainbow's children. As if they were his own. He's proud of each one of them, even if they don't think the same about him.
