If General Grievous's past doesn't make you CRY, then we all know you eat puppies in your cereal.So um, yeah, pre-cyborg Grievous. <33
If you want to get technical and tell me I didn't get the mask or anatomy right, I know that already, thanks. I took some artistic liberties here, or whatever. /excuse
This is basically just a loose sketch that I overworked; and honestly, I like the looser style. It's more comfortable for me to do, as well. What's more, is it's closer to my natural style. It's not quite exactly my natural/default style, but close, and we all know how many styles I have. x3

Sadly I can't remember Grevious' past, I need to go read up. >_>
I like his pose, it seems to hold a cocky attitude although his dress and facial demeanor seem to be rather depressed. The mask is wonderful, it gives his personality a rather straight edge feel to it, a sense of anonymity. The red is so distinct even though it's so dull, it makes you wonder if you REALLY see red or if you see grey like the rest of the monochrome around him.
I like the soft painty over the lines feel, it makes the image softer and cooler, perfect for an emotion such as sadness.

You know, when an artists work invokes intense emotion (such as what I am feeling ..oh..right about now,) you know that artist has done their job right!
This is the single most sexiest image of Grievous that I have ever seen. Beautiful in its simplicity, and extremly moody. I can't say that I've eaten a puppy, but G's story does make me cry. My poor, dog-eared Visionaries comic book gets looked at over and over, and now I'm doing it with 'Unknown soldier'.
The mask and your anatomy look great to me. He's so deliciously thin. Poor hungry baby.

See, i was scannign my Devs page, and saw the thumb nail, and was like "Wow, thats kind of funny, it looks like General Grievous sorta. hahaha. But it's not, i know that. cus he's cybrog and all. so it cant be, but thats awesome. wait no, thats NOT awesome, that means i have SW on the brains again, finding characters in other peoples works" .....
Well slap me silly and call me obi wan.... if i wasn't jsut THRILLED TO DEATH when i saw it WAS General Grievous!!!!! You my friend, are a master of your own right. And i worship you in this moment.
