It's not illegal, or even wrong, to base your art off of someone else's. These doll bases are actually quite different from the DHF dolls if you look at them pixel for pixel.
Almost everything is different except for, apparently, the shape of the eyes--which isn't enough to convict this person of any wrong-doing. These are technically original and are, in my opinion, better.
They are more crisp and clean and vibrant. The hands don't look fudged, and I challenge you to find one pose here that matches one here EXACTLY. You won't find one, because these are different. Look, and see the differences: [link]
The fact they LOOK the same, isn't the same as BEING the same. In other words, if this person copy-pasted the dolls and changed a few things, like added a third eye or moved an arm or made the skin blue, then we'd have a problem. But I can see this person based these dolls off the style of the DHF dolls and made their own completely original bases--everything is changed (body shape, color scheme, face structure, etc.) And there's nothing wrong with that--these are NEW dolls!!
I can understand the tendency to be quick to judge, but get your hard evidence together before doing so.

In my opinion, they look better color-wise, anatomically and are much more crisp and clean than the DHF models.

Someone else mentioned they look like the bases off DHF.. and.. they completely do.
The eyes are the exact same pixel by pixel, except darkened/more contrasted.. Same with eyebrows. The lips are the same, but 1-2 pixels shaved off each side. The nose is smaller, but shaded the same way. The overall head IS a bit smaller, but many of these bases also look like DHF poses, except with the boobs moved around and shaded much more..
Which is a lotta pretty bad coincidences, it seems..

Well, in my defense, you make a face at that pixel size and see how different you can make it from the countless of other bases that are available.
This is just a realistically-shaded base in model-like poses; to say that i copy someone is to say that everyone on the interweb who has bases with large eyes and a small mouth standing statically is copying someone else.

Ah. See, the reason all the bases look like "clones" to you is because that's the way it's supposed to be. It's supposed to look like the exact same person, just drawn in different poses. That way, someone who wants to make a doll on one of them can find the exact pose they want.
