I got this idea from listening to a song, and I thought it would be good practice with backgrounds.
The red and blue lights are supposed to be the lights of a siren, but it was hard to figure out. The shadow was also hard to do. But I do like how the shading of the ladder came out. I'm not used to drawings puddles, so I'm gonna have to work on that.
This drawing was basically to experiment with things. XP
The little girl turtle with leo is my TMNT OC, Jai, I felt like giving her a design of what she looked like before she met the turtles, and also drew her at a younger age.
