Description Inspired by the style I used for Blindsided , I decided to try my hand at a full body equine in a stained-glass design. I wanted something bright and sunny, and this was the result. I'm quite pleased with the result, though I'm still undecided as to whether or not I should add some kind of background. I might still, but I'm happy with how this looks at the moment. The next natural step, however, will be a full color image, subject and background, in a stained-glass style. I'm really looking forward to trying that out

Wow, I love this for sure I've always had a bit of a soft spot for stained glass, probably because we had a GIANT stained glass unicorn in the window when I lived in Utah. This is really pretty, too! As Bard said, I'd love to have this in real life, too. Especially with those gorgeous orangey-gold hues.

Hehe, thank you! I really want stained glass somewhere in my house when I'm older. I just love how it plays with the light and blasts colors around a room

This is so pretty! I love the colors, and you really nailed the stained glass theme design. I'd love to see this unicorn set into a real stained glass window! If you ever decide to do commissions in this style, I'd love to commission you to do a stained-glass style portrait of Scylla. I think my favorite part of this is how you shaded the separate pieces, warm on the edges and lightening to yellow towards the center. It really looks like light is glowing through glass.

Nice work!

Thank you so much for your kind words This is such a fun style and something that's proven to be very therapeutic for me too

I've never done commissions before, but it's something I've toyed with for a while now. I want to try my hand at a full scale drawing in this style, as this was just done in a small book. I also adore Scylla, so perhaps after I experiment a little more, we can work something out?
