~The next day~

You wake up to the sun shining and the sound of birds literally chirping on your windowsill. You felt like you had just stepped out of a fairy tale and all you needed to complete the picture was to burst into song with a handful of talking animals.

Speaking of which…

“Rise and shine, princess,” says the talking ass.

“Ugh, don’t you ever sleep?” You narrow your eyes at Levi clearly demonstrating your annoyance at seeing him again so soon. You prop your head on your elbow and run your fingers through your hair.

“How did you sleep?”

“Fine.”

“That’s good.” He answers in an offhand manner, taking a few steps towards you. You could tell something was up by the shit eating grin he had plastered on his face.

“So…you didn’t dream about anything?” The unexpectedness of his question caused your elbow to give way resulting in your head banging against the headboard. You clumsily regain your composure trying not to be too embarrassed.

“I took the sleeping pill, remember?” You respond in an effort to avoid answering his question directly.

“Yeah. What’s that got to do with it?”

“Well, from what I can recall, I was out in seconds.”

“So, from the time you took the pill to the time you got into bed, it’s what…just a blur?”

“Yupe.”

“You don’t remember anything you did…or said?” A feeling of uneasiness crept over you. You didn’t remember a damn thing and what’s worse, you knew you had done something or else he wouldn’t be so smug about it.

“Not really…” You say hesitantly.

“That’s too bad.” Levi says sympathetically. “If you want, I can help jog your memory. Why don’t I start with reenacting the little strip tease you gave me when you were getting ready for bed?”

“Come-come again?” You yelp in horror

“You really don’t remember __________? It went a little something like this.” Levi seductively takes off his jacket and starts to unbutton his shirt. Before he could go any further, you pull the covers over your head in mortification.

If what he says is true…

Levi calls to you from outside your sheet covered shell. You ignore him and sink down further into your bed. It was at this time you notice a very damning detail… you were only in your underwear.

Oh, Christ! Where are my pajamas?

You begin to scramble around in your bed looking for something to hold over you when you feel the covers being pulled off you layer by layer.

“What-what are you doing? Levi?! Stop! I mean it!” With each exclamation your voice rises higher and higher until it reached a nervous pitch that only whales could hear.

“What’s the matter, __________?” Levi asks in mock concern. “I’m only trying to help you remember what happened last night.” Levi gives a final jerk and reveals your huddled form desperately trying to cover yourself with a pillow.

“Levi!” you shriek in humiliation.

“Awww, come on, __________. Isn’t this how all your dreams start? You, huddling in bed half-naked anxiously waiting for Commander Erwin?”

Air whooshes out of your lungs and you suddenly can’t breathe. Your heart slows down to a heavy thump as the feeling of dread consumes you draining you of any color.

He knows. God damn it, he knows! My life is over!

Levi chuckles at your reaction. Things had turned out exactly as he hoped and he had you right where he wanted you. Defenseless, weak, and willing to do whatever it took to keep his mouth shut. He sits down on the edge of your bed and pats your shoulder. You cringe at his touch.

“It’s going to be ok, __________. I promise I won’t abuse my power over you too much.” Levi was reveling in his victory and it made you madder than hell.

“Get stuffed you piece of shit,” was your graceful response.

“Now, now…is that how one should speak to their Lord and Master?” Several threats elicited themselves from your lips without much censoring. In your head you knew you were screwing yourself over but you were so mad at yourself for letting Levi get the upper hand that you couldn’t control it.

“I understand it will take you awhile to adjust to a life of servitude so I’ll ignore your more than gracious manner at the moment,” Levi comments airily. He stands up and walks over to the doorway. “I expect you in my office at 09:00 ready to report for duty, __________.” He turns to go out but then pauses and says, “Oh, and before I forget, I like my coffee black and my eggs over easy.” He laughs heartily as you scream at him in frustration, throwing the pillow you were holding at his head.
