Current Applicants
"Silver Glass" stables has a fresh group of weanlings ready for adoption! ;o) They're all a little nervous and missing their mommas, but ready and willing to go on to their new homes!
I've never done adoptables before, so I'm stealing the rules from *noodle-monster . :3
Rules
If you would like to adopt any of these characters, draw them as a grown up! Choose a gender, a name, add a bit of bio/personality, etc. I'm looking for creativity, not skill. They can be any breed, but they have to be a regular horse (no mythical breeds/crosses) and you can't change the design without my permission, mkay? I'd rather you didn't use other people's linearts if you can help it. NOTE me your drawing, please! New owners will be announced on July 25th. The character will be yours and you don't need to credit the design to me after that. You will also then be able to design the other side of the character (the side not pictured here).
If for whatever reason you decide you no longer want the character, let me know and I'll take it back.

July 02: Currently #1 and #5 have the most applications, followed by #2 and #4, with #6 and #3 having the least amount of applications so far. Just so you know.

the only things i have is photoshop, a mouse, and pencil and paper style is all backed up for me right now.....

im going to have a comic with that horse in it.
im going to call him "Raptor" and he will be one of the sub-main characters [in the comic].
i took two hours out of my life to draw the most incredible picture i have ever created. ("Epic stallion lineart", in meh gallery) im still working on my skill, but thats the best so far.
now im going to go color him in.
ill do my best... with a mouse. :/

and also, Do I just, adopt one, and then draw it only as an adult? or can I draw it actually growing up?

Make sure you read the rules in the artist comment, cuz it explains what to do there.
You draw the design you want, making up a character to go with it, on july 25 I announce who I've decided to give the designs to, if you're one of them you are the new owner of the design and can do with it what you will.

You can draw more than one, and you can do it however you like. Same image, separate image. Whatever you like.

I've never tried for adoptables...just made the odd batch here and there but never this pretty!!!

Question what do the markings on the other side of them look like? Is it just symetrical type thing?
Like for number 5, would they have the same white snip or maybe a black snip because of the coulour of the right leg? ^.^

You'd be safest just drawing them from this side for now, but part of the ruleses is that the new owners will get to design the other side of the character.
