They are definitely an extrovert, or at least try to be. Though rather closed off when it comes to personal thoughts and feelings, they love to socialize. Kind and quick to trust, they are very prosocial, and carry tendencies to be compassionate and cooperative. Whenever applicable, they try to act selflessly, trying their best to think from the minds of others. As much as they'd like to think they can convey messages easily without speech, they struggle with it, but is very expressive, nonetheless. Outward, they stay calm and collected, putting up the illusion of being unflappable.

It isn't bad that they overreact to things a little, they believe! In person, this can be helpful to others to know how they feel, but this doesn't translate well everywhere, and could potentially lead to making a bigger scene than intended! While they do love socializing, and hold tight to their extroversion, they are not likely to approach others first, and are rather reserved if no one that they know is around. Even so, however, this does not mean that they won't be direct with others. If someone is doing or saying something that confuses them or seems wrong to them, they will confront that person, but only then will they approach someone first, even if the matter doesn't concern them.

- Anxious - Stressed - Foolish - Secretive -
While lively and social, they have an underside that they rarely reveal. Anxious and ridden with small paranoid thoughts, they are very quiet about this personal side of them. If matters are too extreme for them to handle, they'll push everything down, and act like it doesn't exist, closing this part of themselves off to everybody; including close friends. These feelings are around more often than not, but aren't always plaguing them like it might seem. Mostly, the thoughts are small until alone, and feeling this way growing up make them feel as though they grew up too fast. So, in turn, they make very foolish decisions, may act childish, even knowing what they're doing isn't the smartest thing they could be doing.

History
The solosis hatched with no one around, in the middle of thick woods. They were left to wander aimlessly, until eventually being found by a spiritomb. They took a liking to the pokemon, and stayed with him for a long while. The pokemon raised them, though rather begrudgingly, and cared for them as if they were his own. This was, until they were captured by a passerby scientist, and though the spiritomb tried his best to defend the solosis, Kytec was taken away, to a lab where experiments would be carried out on them. Several different series of experiments were carried out on them, and though they didn't like how it was, they never complained. Soon enough, they evolved into duosion, but the premature evolution cost them their voice, and they were handed off to a young trainer not long after. The trainer wasn't good at training them, and though Kytec had eventually started trying to be a better pokemon for the kid, nothing could get them to sync or understand each other. Kytec found that they only won when they took the battle into their own hands and fought without the trainer's commands, but due to the number of times Kytec stopped listening and the amount of times they lost when trying to fight as trainer and pokemon, both were frustrated with the attempts. Kytec was released before they could get the chance to get that kind of connection. Enraged by their old trainer and his actions, Kytec began to attack the wild pokemon around them in an attempt to grow stronger and show their old trainer that they were worthy of being a partner pokemon. Upon evolving into reuniclus, the pokemon began to think about what they were doing, and their anger calmed. They still battled other wild pokemon, but this was mostly out of habit, and the fact that they didn't have much else to do with themselves. After fighting these pokemon, they'd help them and heal them as needed in apology, one day coming across a pokehuman that they fought and won against. They only discovered what the other was after helping them out afterwards, and the pokehuman was able to tell how lost they were with themselves. Kytec was given a dittech for more opportunity, and they moved into an apartment in Laverre to start off as a pokehuman. It took a while to get used to being a pokehuman, but once they did, they were eager to start doing things they never could before. Kytec started up classes after discovering that a job was near impossible for someone who was mute with little education. In these classes, they learned to sign, and picked up many other things that would help them along in the world. After finishing classes, they landed a job as a masseuse after negotiations with the owner of the spa. They were able to settle for a little bit, but was soon turned into a shadow pokemon after being baited to go there. They remember nothing of these events aside from a couple of images in their head, but those are memories they prefer to keep buried. Because of how little they actually remembered, they were able to return to their usual business pretty fast.

Relationships:
Eve : Spiritomb : Neighbor/Friend : Considers Eve a very good friend. Tends to tease her a lot, though it's all in good fun! In all seriousness, they would die for her if the situation called for it. Believes her to be very cool and tough, and would stick behind her as long as she needed them. Despite having a fear for spiritomb, Eve seems to bypass this fear altogether.

Kayla : Togekiss : Friend : Another person they'd do anything for, they believe Kayla to be one of their smarter friends, and trusts her judgement on just about anything. She's one of the first people who began helping them with their telepathy, and they value her highly as a friend.

Joshua /Raoul : Gengar & Garchomp : ... : To this day, isn't aware that the two were a fusion. Primarily believes everything that happened was Joshua and only Joshua. Fears them, and is terrified of Joshua after all that's happened. Forgiveness doesn't seem likely, and Kytec wants to push them out of their memories forever.
