Personality:

Thoughtful and sweet, Orchard's friendly demeanor comes in handy when it comes to selling the baked goods she makes. She is by no means a pushover though and firmly stands her ground when she needs to. Orchard Blossom can be a bit nosy and her need to mother others can be grating sometimes.

Background:

Orchard has no complaints about her childhood. Big Mac and Sugar Belle are great parents and she's always been surrounded by family. To top it off, she's fairly decent at farm work and doesn't mind getting her hooves dirty from time to time. Orchard found her real calling, however, when her mother introduced her to baking. She took to it immediately and, ever since then, Orchard has been pursuing that interest. One of the more recent ways that she's been doing that is by travelling the world and learning from other bakers. She still comes home to Ponyville to help out on the farm upon occasion though-- especially during bucking season.

Notes:

Big Mac got attached to the name Orchard Blossom after using it when he went undercover as a girl. Thus, when he and Sugar Belle had a daughter, they ended up using the name for her.

Orchard has a bit of a crush on Barrel. She doesn't actually recognize that it's a crush yet though.

Orchard respects dad and does her best to emulate his work ethic. He may not say a lot, but Orchard knows he has a good heart. She adores him.

Sugar Belle

Whenever she's in town, Sugar Belle and Orchard end up baking. They are on very friendly terms and love having mother daughter days together.

Barrel O' Laughs

A hard working pony who is thoughtful and kind. What's not to like? Orchard hasn't interacted with Barrel a lot, but she has noticed all of the things the mare has done to help around the farm. She thinks highly of Barrel and likes to watch her work. There's just something about the way the sunlight glints off her mane... or something.

Apple Trend

Orchard and Trend have a bit of a strained friendship. When they were young, Orchard saw him as her little brother and constantly fretted over him. It drove Trend insane. Eventually, he snapped at her and, while she got the message, it did hurt her. Time has healed the rift between them a bit though and they do get along well as long as Orchard isn't overstepping her bounds.
