Surprisingly, a character from Divinity. Consider yourselves lucky.

A Netherdragon, Insanity was from the era that taking the rite to become a Netherdragon was the highest form of punishment. Though the slight chance of succeeding was there, it generally didn't matter... of course, when dragons like Insanity succeeded, they became immortal. :\

Insanity was rightly named; he was convicted for going on rampages that sometimes endured for months killing whatever was in his path. His victims' last memory would be his maniacal laughter ringing in thier heads...

Even the dragons' justice system is flawed.

However, he is not at large and somewhat controlled. He is forced to guard a treasure horde down in the depths of the ocean. That's a scubadiver right there he's saying hello to.
