MANY thanks to Jimryu for the chibi-ness! X3I originally posted it before, but after talking with a friend, I took it down. This one's a better version anyway. XP
So this here is a chibi version of my OC, Cynex. I noticed a lot of comments on the original saying she reminded people of Megaman... Well, she does have a gun for an arm... and I do like Megaman... but that's about it...
Credit goes to him for drawing and coloring her. I just added the background.
