If you want her eyes to have a certain "hypnotized" look, look to the "eye" slider in MMD. "Null_84" shrinks the irises, and "Null_86" removes the eye shines.

Just one problem: I have not figured out how to fix hair onto the main model yet, so you should probably talk to someone with more experience in MMD model-making. I know a few people you can talk to, if you're having trouble with that.
