Trying to finish up old sketches from last year before I forget about them. But I also wanted to draw something from the movie The Secret of Kells, because of how much I love this movie. its so beautiful and has extraordinary animation.Here is a depiction of a scene in which pangur Ban goes into the woods to retrieve Aisling to help free Brendan who is locked in his tower.

Really nice work. The colouring and shading are very haunting. The details on the two of them, is a little simplistic, but it really works.
