Augite was taken aback by the glory and beauty of Red Rose Diamond, nearly speechless just observing that of the beautiful oasis she will soon find herself calling home..... Oh a home! Finally at last! She can barely keep in her pure joy, her normal tired expression replaced with wonder and awe. She finds herself talking with the Diamond, happily so, all her mannerisms as they should be and her love for a place to belong soon takes over her every action. She finally feels as if she has found home.

Spinel, on the other hand, is a bit unsure of what to think of this lovely Diamond and her court. Last time she can recall her own encounter with a diamond was before everyone was separated. A bit of an unsteady sigh as they are lead to the Diamonds feet, but a bit of hope from the strange feelings of joy that Augite only rarely puts off.... She keeps quiet mostly, but even so not able to speak up as Augite takes the lead before Spinel could get out a word. It seems.... just maybe.... that she can put her guard down for Augites sake.

After the long travels both Augite and Spinel have gone through to end up here, both couldn't be more thankful that they can finally put their worries as ease. But of course, Spinel won't let her worries go all together! Despite knowing the fate of Augite and herself, she can't help but worry about the rest of the gems she was sworn to protect from the very beginning. And just accepting that they have all been shattered, like Augite has, will not be an option for her...... However, a bit of time to distract from all of her worry won't hurt, she looks forward to this party. Augite however finds herself more so over joyed than she has ever been before. Due to their travels from being basically labeled as criminals, in which she never wanted to partake in in the first place(!), being able to restart and just forget that of her past is all she really wanted. She looks forward to this party, to serve under her new Diamond and to finally feel as if she can belong.

But of course we all know how the next event goes! I changed up the style of my comics due to what felt more comfortable for me to do. And god I've had this sitting in a folder for so long along with a few other pieces, whoopse
