Description
Well after a late night and most of the next day of slowly falling in love with this beautiful new group I found, it gave me the motivation to create and finish this gem of mine. I'm actually pretty proud of em for how they came out.

Name: Kaersutite
Aliases: Kaer and/or Kaersutite

Gem Type: Amphibole Mineral, a Black with a Red Section Kaersutite
Gem Location and Cut: Horizontally on the Lower Back, A slim rectangle with 4 triangular facets.
Height: 6' 10"
Weapon: A long paint brush with the bristles at an angle, permanently having black Ink on its end & Ink 'Ribbons'.

Personality: Forgetful, Cynical, Silent, Caring and Passionate.
When it comes to art, they have a deep love of painting, which also coincides with their 'weapon' being a paintbrush. They will mainly only do ink paintings, but are able to do other mediums given the resources, Most of the time they will convey their emotions via their artwork. When interacting they can act very cold and distant when meeting new people, and and even come off as being incredibly serious with how they normally carry themselves around strangers. In all truth they are a bit of an odd one. When one gets to know them, they will most likely be shocked by how open and cynical they can be on some subjects and their opinions of other gems. However, if one becomes friends with them, they will be very loyal and protect them with their life, especially if they have similar views and mindsets. They like to see the suffering of others, even strangers, but this is due to the fact they have suffered much themselves in their past. Yet when it comes to close friends in pain they would be heartbroken and torn. So despite their cynical and cold exterior, they are very passionate about what they do and the people they hold close to them.

Abilities: -They are able to manipulate and multiply ink (and use such a painting medium) using their paint brush in a similar manor as a band instructor would. Any and all Ink ends up turning into 'ribbons' of various sizes when under their control (except on the brush) as well as becoming a solid 'ribbon' to grab objects, other gems and lift things (weight varies). This can be used to defend themselves or even stop an attacking gem by immobilizing them. As long as they have their paint brush on them, they can multiply even the smallest drop of ink into a waterfall of 'ribbons'; Without the paint brush all they can do is manipulate the set amount of Ink given to them.
- A more passive ability from their gem type and being a painter with a bit of a detail complex at times, they have an acute sense to tell the nature or emotions of another gem. This is mostly because of reading facial expressions or noting how they act/sound. They're very aware of what is around them especially when it comes to strangers, and can normally identify what they like/dislike from just a simple conversation.

Appearance: A tall and slender gem, similar to a pearl in body structure but more rectangular and somewhat taller. They wear a jacket similar to a ringleader jacket and their hair from behind is tied with a black ribbon and turns red past the ribbon. They wear a mask in the shape of rectangles to compliment their gem shape; Their eyes are a deep red color behind the mask and their hair.

Other: They have a complex relationship with people who have tattoos or with Ink paintings, they can easily destroy a Ink painting without thinking when they use their ability and they cannot manipulate people's tattoos as they are inside of the person/gem. But can minorly move the ink in the tattoos, like being shoved, easily resistible tho.

- A small bit of history and personality explanation from this guy, they've been cracked before in their past and can remember those times clearly. They easily remember Their own emotional suffering when they see other gems in pain, thus it's a revenge based emotion. Only when it's a stranger or 'friend' will they smile to the suffering of the other gems. But if it's for wrong reasons, they will still feel bad. Most other's don't know this due to the fact they've never told their past.
- They have actually had the mask BEFORE having been found my the Oasis. They normally wore it when they paint or are in public.
- Kaer also has a memory problem, they can easily recall emotions from past events, but often times visually forgets why they feel a connection to suffering and pain. Their memory is currently limited to when he was brought to the Oasis, due to a traumatic event that brought them here.
