7. Filburt and Dr Hutchinson's Children (Gilbert, Shellburt, Norbert, and Missy)

They're without a doubt, the cutest characters in the whole show.

They look so cuddly to hold and squeeze

The "Fred Rechid" of Rocko's Modern Life, must I explain more?

5. Ed Bighead

He's like "Scoutmaster Lumpus" before Lazlo.

Everything about him is funny.

He says the funniest lines and his karma comebacks are soooo hilarious

4. The Immigration Guy from Kiss Me, I'm Foreign (Richard)

I love how he bursts into laughing fits every few seconds.

I know he's a jerk, but he's just simply a funny character.

I also love his voice, it's so "spongebobish..."

3. Conglom-O Lizard #1 (Mr. Noway)

He's a well thought-out character...

His reactions in Teed Off are some of the funniest things I've seen in cartoons.

2. Mr. Dupette

Another well thought-out character.

If you watch the show closely from the first season to the last, you can see that he went through some character development (he became a bit nicer... and oblivious..)

1. The Chameleon Brothers (Chuck and Leon)

The number one thing I LOVE about them is their design...

They look like old school Yoshi... I wonder if Joe Murray designed them after him.

They're also very entertaining to watch and to draw fanart of.

Have I even mentioned that Chuck, of all characters, sounds vaguely like Dog from Catdog?! I know, same voice actors, but STILL?!
