Why is he kidnapping the woman? he doesn't seem to be saving her - she looks quite unease with the situation !!

To have his way with her! No she's a reporter one of those thinks they no better than everyoen else types--and he's taking her to show her just how bad something is after she through a tantrum. He's a straightforward kinda superhero.
