great work, hon. Though the back arm there is a wee bit small and too close, makes it seem like he has no shoulder width. As for 'trimming the shoulder', i think that's more to do with the shirt billowing up a bit rather than the shoulder holding up that high? LOVE the perty green magicks!

I got some critic and advice 
1. The eyes need a big of shading. um.. like in teh inner corner of the eyes you should shade the skin a bit darker, the corenr is too well defined it sorta fades in i think. yes Oo
2. Think the right shoulder could be trimmed down cause i don't think you'd see that much over it..
3. well er cna't htink of anyhtign else

Thank you. I understand about the eyes, the blendig is difficult to look like skin with such darker shadigs...

yes well jsut remmeber that eyes also have shadows on them 
you could go look at my "creation" piece to see whati mean by shadows if ya want
workign on it is the best way to get ebtter
