Photoshop CS5, yay~This turned out a lot better than I expected. Shading in CS5 is so different from shading in SAI. I am still going to use SAI for chibis and stuff, but I want to do all of my pull pieces on Photoshop.
This is a new Lucario Character I created during Computer Class one day. It's amazing how spreadsheets can inspire you.

He doesn't have a name yet, and he only has a small back story. All I've thought of is that he ran away from his town and became a criminal. He was once caught, but against all odds, escaped. He still has the chain's on his arms and legs.
He is also a drinker and a smoker. He doesn't are about his health.
