Description Happy New Year to everyone on DA!!!

Now that this is a new start to the new year most all of us say " I will exercise". If you work out with someone it's more fun and you will actually do better at it.

So here is my fav anime couple to help all of us to get fit for the new year! I feel dum becasue I don't know the name of this exercise, but it dose work.
