That is a nice moment between those two, I love Tibbs from 101 DALMATIANS. He was the one who helped getting all the puppies outta the main villian's house, and he looks unaware about Sailor Moon having him as a pet. I'll bet Luna would be quite surprised about this.
Again, well done on bothe sketch & coloring as well a great concept.
