Ughhhhh, so many freakin' layers!! Even the final output could hardly handle all the layers and shading and just spat out a massive grain effect. I kinda don't mind it though in a way.. (me trying to lie to myself and stay happy about it ;_; )-------------------------------------------------

Yay, I managed to fix the quality on the output! Thank you to for giving me an idea of what was turning the quality to mush. I'd just been assuming it was due to it being a lot of layers in a pixel animation being converted to gif.

Anyway, whew, I'm done, not touching my tablet again for another few months. The original animation sketch is actually about a year old, I just saw it sitting around and decided to finish it off and colour it.
Oh, and the characters are just some of my own from a novel I wrote a while back :9

I saw this in an animation group I was scanning and it immediately cought my eye. Also Β SUPER impressed to see you used Paint Tool Sai for the entire animation! I'd love to see what you animate in the future as I see a LOT of potential from you!!!Β
(Also, I'm not sure what others are complaining about the quality? I'm assuming they are referring to the pixelation from it being made into a GIF. Which is more of a format issue rather than animation quality itself.)

Yeah, I've had the exact same problem when it game to uploading GIFs to deviant. I've kinda figured out how to fix it sorta using certain settings in TV Paint, though I'm not sure how to fix it using other programs? Also I just noticed you were able to fix the quality! XD And yeah, it looks even nicer on my computer than my phone too!

I know, was really disappointed when it came out the way it did. Think it's cause pixel animations and gifs just don't like each other
