Another character based on one of my real life friends and honestly, I always wanted to befriend a President of the Student Council during my high school years. Why? Because then I would've gotten access to more areas and could have had a rest area where I could just isolate myself from time to time. Too bad I was bad at socializing with anybody and still kinda am ^^:
Fujiwara is the type carefree, charismatic, perfectionist leader-kind-of-guy that would fit to Stephen's personality. Since Fujiwara, in the lore of the new DDLC world, is an old childhood friend of Monika, he presents a gateway to Stephen to understand Monika better, but also Fujiwara has knack for reminding Stephen that he is not "actually who he think he is" (a grown a** college guy that can smack high school punks), and keeps him in his place.

Stephen often forgets the level of implication he should be allowed to give because he's stressing at the same time as he's trying to obtain results. In contrast with Shin and Hideki, Fujiwara is often regarded as "a serious student", but he prioritize his position first and foremost (not that he's not willing to help his friends).
