Words alone rarely meant anything to Hera, but her uncle's threat sent a chill down her spine as her feet took several involuntary steps back. I wanted this, I asked for this. Then why am I so afraid? The answer came as her Uncle charged forward, seeming to appear larger than she'd ever known. For the first time in her life Hera yelped in fear.
