That hair... Just looking it feels tedious. I'm glad I didn't have to do that. Looks great though!
And just wondering, should she have the eye accent and highlight? I can never decide when it comes to vectoring other people's sketches.

I decided to leave out the highlight because I wanted to stick as close to the original as possible. Plus, I don't always like them.

Okay. I can totally see how leaving them out could look better in LateCustomer's style at the very least. He certainly likes curvy ponies so the straight lines could be pretty jarring at worst or out of place at best.

I prefer the uninterrupted gradient in many cases.

In more minimalistic or bubbly art I would have to agree, but I think it is nice to have the extra color in show-style and more detailed pieces. But really, it is art, everyone has different opinions.
